Install and configure VINTOLK Connect

One configuration process for every website, with capabilities enabled by business permissions.

  5. 5. Install and maintain

1. Resolve an authorized configuration

Reuse the business’s existing contact resource, identity and valid entitlements. Onboard only what is missing. Each configuration has one owner/writer; every installed website needs the appropriate origin binding and consent.

2. Enable the channels you use

Select outside-channel targets, check account/link/QR details, order them and preview language and appearance. These buttons already provide free value without PBX, Website OS or AI.

3. Bind VINTOLK recipients when needed

An authorized person selects the Business Identity/Presence and receiving destination through Control. Live chat, an asynchronous inbox and AI-only assistance need distinct labels. Without a valid calling destination, no working call action is offered.

4. Authorize AI sources and budgets

Where the released data capability supports it, select public website content, FAQ, documents or APIs through WOS/the data owner. Publish only guest-approved information, never the entire private corpus by default. Compute follows processing limits; data-service credentials stay out of widget JavaScript.

5. Install and maintain

A script, WordPress plugin, Shopify extension or app integration uses the same core/API. Verify origins, CSP/permissions, mobile/keyboard access and credit consent, then publish and test real actions. Update/revoke sources at their owner; removing the widget does not erase PBX/WOS data.
