1. Provider and scope
VINTOLK is operated by Team Vintolk, reachable at [email protected]. These terms cover the website and described services. Product, business or agreed plan conditions are shown before using the relevant offering; they do not automatically extend to unrelated products.
2. Accounts and access
Provide accurate information and protect your account. Do not share sign-in codes, impersonate someone or use another person’s account. An account does not itself grant business, website or project administration; use only resources you are authorized to access.
3. Your content and rights
You retain rights to your content and must be authorized to process what you provide. Choosing storage, sending, sharing or processing permits the necessary actions within the disclosed scope. This does not transfer content ownership to VINTOLK or authorize use of Google data contrary to its applicable policy.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for fraud, harassment, malware, unauthorized access or violating others’ rights. Do not bypass resource limits or test unauthorized targets. Report security issues to [email protected] instead of exploiting user information.
5. AI and user decisions
AI output may be incomplete, incorrect or unsuitable for the context. Review it before publishing, sending to customers or making important decisions. Send only permitted information and read the feature’s processing and provider notice. The information website does not run AI or approve business decisions for you.
6. Plans, limits and changes
Features and free scope follow published product information. Paid offerings require clear pricing and terms before enrollment; opening an app link on this website is not itself a charge. Products may be updated, with material usage changes communicated appropriately.
7. External services
Google, authentication services and other providers have their own terms for their services. External links or Google sign-in do not mean Google endorses VINTOLK. External availability and capabilities may change; review provider and privacy information for the feature you use.
8. Suspension, ending use and data
You may stop using the service and request deletion using the guide. Access may be restricted as appropriate to prevent abuse, address security risks or meet obligations. Preserve needed exports before removing an app or clearing storage; ending an account does not automatically erase recipients’ or separate-device copies.
9. Legal rights and contact
Product information is not a promise that every feature is always available on every device. These terms do not exclude rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not permit excluding.
