Configuration and websites

Connect processes required display settings, contact targets, installation/origin bindings, revisions and consent. Existing authorized configuration and entitlements are reused. The widget does not own a document, business-data replica or separate server transcript store.

Outside contact channels

Outside buttons open the appropriate link, page, QR or composer. Connect does not read those platforms’ inboxes or conversations; a click is not proof of message delivery. The receiving platform’s policies apply when you leave the widget.

Optional VINTOLK and AI

PBX/Control owns communication sessions, permissions, routing and communication data within its product notice. When AI is enabled, WOS/the data owner checks selected SME sources and supplies the necessary permitted data to Compute. Review the feature’s data, purpose, providers and limits before use; visiting the website does not itself trigger AI processing.

Source access and requests

A visitor-facing assistant uses only guest-approved sources; administrator access does not publish an entire private corpus. Source updates/revocation follow the owner and retention policy. Removing the widget does not delete shared identity or PBX/WOS records. Send website/product-scoped requests to [email protected].

Credit and Explore

Explore is voluntary navigation to a separate catalog. It does not carry tokens or conversations in the URL or place ads on the SME site. WordPress credit requires owner opt-in.
