1. Operator and scope
VINTOLK is operated by Team Vintolk. This policy covers vintolk.com and the account, communication, data/content workspace and Project/Lab activities of App Call Chat Free, Website OS and Test Lab described here. Product notices explain feature-specific handling. Independent partners and business websites are responsible for their own activities.
2. Visiting the public website
The information website does not require sign-in or receive your calls, documents or app account data just because you open a page. Delivering and protecting pages through Cloudflare may process IP addresses, browser details, requested addresses, times and technical events. Language and appearance choices are stored in your browser when allowed. This website scope does not enable behavioral advertising or optional analytics.
3. Sign in with Google
When you choose Google sign-in in an app, basic identity access uses openid, email and profile. Received information may include a Google account identifier, email and verification status, name and profile image when provided. It is used to authenticate, create or link your account and show your identity. VINTOLK does not receive your Google password. Basic sign-in does not grant access to Gmail, Drive, Calendar or Contacts.
4. Information used by products
Depending on the feature you choose, a product handles profile details, business or project membership, preferences, content you enter/upload/send and technical information needed for the task. Messages or calls are processed to communicate with recipients; workspace information is available to authorized people. Microphone/camera permissions and remote sending or processing must be explained at the relevant feature.
5. Purposes and limits
Information supports requested features, accounts and access, support, abuse prevention and service security. Google user data is not sold, supplied to data brokers, used for personalized advertising or used for credit decisions. A feature needing other Google access must explain and request the appropriate permission before access; sign-in does not enable it automatically.
6. Sharing and providers
Data is shared with your chosen recipients or providers needed for a feature, such as website delivery, authentication, email or product infrastructure. The provider list explains active roles and scope. Access is limited to relevant work; information may also be disclosed for security incidents or legal obligations. Recipients or businesses you communicate with may retain their received information under their own responsibilities.
7. AI and content processing
Reading this website does not automatically send your content to an AI model. Before using an app’s AI feature, review the data sent, provider and stated limits. Google user data is not used to train general-purpose AI models. Future Google Workspace integrations must follow their applicable use conditions; Google data must not be sent to AI beyond disclosed and permitted use.
8. Local-only information
Items identified as local-only, including MY DATA within the product’s scope, do not become cloud backups when you sign in. The operator cannot recover a copy never sent from the device. Protect your device, exports and manually created backups. Clearing browser data, removing an app or losing a device can remove local data.
9. Retention and deletion
Account information is retained as needed for your account and services. Product data follows the task’s needs or a valid deletion request; security logs are limited by their purpose. Some records may be retained for legal obligations, fraud prevention or disputes with restricted access. A deletion response explains what was removed, retained or outside our control, such as recipients’ copies or data only on your device.
10. Your choices and requests
You can change supported settings, revoke the Google connection in your Google Account, or ask [email protected] to access, correct or delete information. We may need minimal information to verify the requester. Revoking Google access does not automatically delete a VINTOLK account or stored content; use the data deletion guide to specify the scope.
11. Protection and processing locations
We apply appropriate measures to restrict unauthorized access and protect information in transit, storage and operation. No system guarantees absolute security. Infrastructure providers may process information outside your location; the provider list and product notices describe relevant operations. A local feature does not mean all content in every feature stays on the device.
12. Children, changes and contact
The products described here support personal work, businesses and software development; a child-directed product requires its own conditions and notices before launch. Policy updates change the effective date, with material changes communicated appropriately. Contact [email protected] about this policy or data handling. The responsible operator is Team Vintolk.
13. Website contact form
If you use the vintolk.com contact form, we process the fields you submit (name, email, role, optional organization, subject and message) to respond to your request. Delivery path when configured: your browser → Cloudflare Pages Function → Resend → [email protected], with Reply-To set to your email. Messages are not written to a website database. Access is limited to people handling support, privacy or security intake for that mailbox. To request access, correction or deletion related to a contact submission, email [email protected] and describe the request. Online delivery depends on configured secrets and a verified sender; until then, email the published mailbox directly. Cloudflare Turnstile may process a short-lived browser challenge token to reduce automated abuse before email is accepted for delivery. Turnstile configuration is required for online form delivery; without it the form directs you to email [email protected] directly.
