Privacy — Website OS
Business workspaces, documents, website content and AI tasks in WOS.
Workspaces
Documents, content and task history belong to the corresponding workspace/business scope. Google sign-in does not grant access to another workspace. Administrators manage membership and access within their authority.
Private content and publishing
Private files, drafts and published content are separate states. Using WOS does not publish every file on a website; an authorized action is needed to make content public. Review information before publishing or sharing it.
AI tasks and outside sources
AI/file processing receives only content allowed for the task, under the disclosed provider and limits. Google sign-in does not automatically connect Drive/Gmail; outside-data integrations need separate consent and access. Review AI results before decisions or publication.
Managing requests
For business records, contact your workspace administrator or [email protected] to identify ownership and scope. Deleting an account or task does not automatically erase others’ records. General Privacy explains contacts and retention.
